- Laser and photo-transistor device for measuring drop times.
- Sink, (maybe set this experiment up in shop upstairs with a computer)
- Tubes, water container (to be determined).
- Possibly some dish soap to change surface tension.

Ferrofluid
|
- High speed camera. Hopefully Exilim but may need red-lake because we may need to use macro lens.
- Small block of teflon with hole drilled in it, order from mcmaster.
- Power supply, provided from Kip right now.
- Helholtz coil or solenoid. From physics demo room.
- Ferrofluid, from physics demo room.
- Function generator, from the shaker.
- Computer with labview. Shaker computer may be best to use for this because the shaker controller would work well for controlling the magnetic field.
